Terms of registration

The tickets are for a one-day event European Mining Business Forum (the Event), which will be held on June 5, 2024 at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, Sofia.

Tickets are sold on behalf of the Bulgarian Chamber of Mining and Geology (BCMG) with headquarters and management address at Okolovrasten Pat Blvd. No. 27 and EIK 121278484.

After successful registration in the Event, a message will be sent to the specified email confirming receipt of the registration and sending payment details.

Payment is made by bank transfer within 5 working days after receipt of proforma invoice by email specified during registration.

In case of the price for participation in the Event is not paid to the bank account of BCMG within 5 working days, starting from the date of receipt of the proforma invoice, the registration is cancelled, thus the commitments for both parties are cancelled.

The value of paid registrations for the Event can be refunded under the following conditions:

• Up to 30 days before the event (May 7) the value of paid registrations can be refunded in the amount of 100%.
• After May 7 to May 20, the value of paid registrations can be refunded in the amount of 50%.
• After May 20, there is no possibility to return the amount for the registrations made.

After successful registration, on-site registration follows at the Event on June 5 at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, Sofia. During on-site registration, personal documents may be requested to verify the identity of the Event participant.

We do not accept payments on-site, only by bank transfer.

In case of cancellation of the event, BCMG is responsible for returning the amounts paid for the registrations.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the participants of the Event express their consent to be filmed with all technical means and the recordings made during or in connection with the event to be used free of charge, without limitation of time and place, when the Event is broadcast on television or online.

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the participants in the Event express their consent to BCMG collecting, processing and storing the personal data provided by them and using them for the purposes of providing access to the Event and according to legal norms.

The acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by EMBF participants is a mandatory step during registration.
